These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tableset mobile application ("App") provided by Tableset LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Subscriptions
- Tableset offers auto-renewing monthly subscriptions in three tiers: Basic ($12.99/month), Pro ($17.99/month), and Premium ($19.99/month).
- New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using AI-powered features.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at the end of the free trial or at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
2. Free Trial & Expiration
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial or any subscription expires, an active subscription (Basic, Pro, or Premium) is required to continue using the App. Expired users may browse their existing recipes but cannot take any actions (add, edit, plan, cook, or use AI features) until they resubscribe.
3. AI-Generated Content
- Meal suggestions, nutrition estimates, recipe scans, and other AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes only.
- Nutrition information is AI-estimated and should not be relied upon for medical dietary decisions. Consult a healthcare professional for medical nutrition advice.
- AI-generated recipes may contain errors. Always use your own judgment when preparing food, especially regarding allergies and food safety.
- Cost estimates are approximate and vary by location and retailer.
4. Household Sharing
- Household features allow multiple users to share meal plans and recipes.
- Dietary preferences and allergies are shared among household members to ensure meal safety. All household members are responsible for verifying allergy information.
- Each subscription tier includes shared user slots (Basic: 2 included, Pro: 4 included, Premium: 4 included). Slots beyond what your tier includes require upgrading to a higher tier.
5. Your Content
- You retain ownership of all recipes, meal plans, and other content you create in the App.
- Recipes and meal data stored on your device remain yours and are not accessed by us.
- Content shared within a household is visible to all household members.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or usage limits
- Use automated tools to access the App or its API
- Share your account credentials with others
7. Service Availability
- AI-powered features require an internet connection and depend on third-party API availability.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, API outages, or other factors.
- Daily usage limits apply based on your subscription tier.
8. Account Termination
- You can delete your account at any time from the App (Profile > Delete Account).
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tableset LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from AI-generated content, meal suggestions, nutrition estimates, or allergy information.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
